Jennifer Tull, Attorney at Law

Practice Philosophy:

I believe that our job, as family lawyers, is to provide clients with the opportunity for a smooth transition from being married to being single. The adversarial system does not serve this need. Collaborative Law provides a much-needed alternative process for navigating the emotional and financial territory in which clients find themselves during divorce.

After nearly 20 years of practicing family law in Austin, I decided to quit taking contested litigation cases and focus on more healing approaches to helping clients through divorce. I now handle only Collaborative Law cases, mediate for others' clients and provide some client coaching for clients who want help in representing themselves in a divorce. The result has been that I can be more creative in helping clients meet their needs, which is good for everyone.

I also run a retreat for women who are going through life transitions called A Spa for the Soul. Learn more about this program at www.aspaforthesoul.com.
